EIA will charge three types of fees:
Front
Load Fee
The front load fee is a one-time fee on any capital introduced
into the managed account and is 25% of the normal annual fee
or one quarterly fee. This fee is refundable on a prorated
basis within the first 90 days the funds are introduced into the
account if account is closed.
Quarterly
Fee
The quarterly fee is due within 10 business days after the
mailing of the quarterly statement produced by E investment
adviser.com. This date will vary, but generally be within 30
calendar days of the end of the pre-determined quarterly
period. The quarterly period will be determined when the
managed account is set up. If the account is terminated
before the end of the quarter, the prorated fee will be
refunded upon termination. Managed accounts can only be
terminated in writing by the owner(s) of the account.
